		<description>You would think that with all of the changes that have happened online over the years (the internet has produced a whole lot of millionares in the last 10 years) that people, especialy big business&#039;s i.e. banks and lenders would be more willing to take a risk online...Or did everyone forget about Microsoft?</description>
